📅 Admission & Reporting Timeline

Admission Process Begins: Tuesday, 22nd September, 2025 – Assembly Hall, 9:00 AM

School Reopens for New Entrants: Saturday, 18th – Monday, 20th October, 2025

Deadline for Reporting: Thursday, 23rd October, 2025 (before 5:00 PM)
-
Orientation Starts: Friday, 24th October, 2025
⚠️ Note: Students who fail to report by the deadline risk forfeiting their admission.
📂 Required Documents for Admission
Parents/Guardians are to prepare the following documents for submission on the reporting day:
✅ Completed Personal Record Form (Form D)
✅ Copy of the BECE Results Slip
✅ Placement Form (endorsed by JHS head, signed, stamped, with 2 endorsed passport pictures)
✅ Photocopy of National Health Insurance Card
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate
✅ Two (2) passport-size photographs endorsed by JHS head

Parents should ensure the approved style is used for sewing uniforms and church cloth.
🏥 Medical Requirements

Students with special medical conditions must provide certified medical reports from recognized and accredited institutions.

The Medical Form (available on the school website) must be taken to one of these designated hospitals for the mandatory medical check-up:
