📅 Admission & Reporting Timeline

• Admission Process Begins: Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 – Assembly Hall, 9:00 AM

• School Reopens for New Entrants: Saturday, 18th October, 2025

• Deadline for Reporting: Thursday, 23rd October, 2025 (before 5:00 PM)

• Orientation Starts: Friday, 24th October, 2025

• School Management Meeting with all First Year Parents: 18th October 2025 – New Dining Hall, 11:00 AM

⚠️ Note: Students who fail to report by the deadline risk forfeiting their admission.

📂 Required Documents for Admission

Parents/Guardians are to prepare the following documents for submission on the reporting day:

✅ Completed Personal Record Form (Form D)
✅ Copy of the BECE Results Slip
✅ Placement Form (endorsed by JHS head, signed, stamped, with 2 endorsed passport pictures)
✅ Photocopy of National Health Insurance Card
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate
✅ Two (2) passport-size photographs endorsed by JHS head

Access to www.accragirlsshs.com Admissions Portal will be granted on Monday 22nd September, 2025.

👗 Uniform & Cloth Updates

• Check Cloth (2025/2026): Green (small check/small boxes type)

• Parents should ensure the approved style is used for sewing uniforms and church cloth.
• Students are to come along with a sewing kit.

🏥 Medical Requirements

• Students with special medical conditions must provide certified medical reports from recognized and accredited institutions.

• The Medical Form (available on the school website) must be taken to one of these designated hospitals for the mandatory medical check-up:

  • Maamobi Polyclinic

  • 37 Military Hospital

  • Achimota Hospital

⚠️ Only the above hospitals are recognized for new admission medicals. Please comply strictly.
