Accra Girls’ Senior High School (AGISS) warmly welcomes all newly admitted students and their parents and guardians to the 2026/2027 academic year.

Important Reporting Information
Reporting Date: Friday, 18th September 2026
All newly admitted Day and Boarding students are required to report to the school on Friday, 18th September 2026 to finalise their admission and enrolment process.
Students are required to report in their white frock.
Boarding students must report no later than 5:00 p.m.
Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to ensure that students report on time with all required admission documents, completed forms and other items.

All newly admitted students are required to complete the admission process through the official admissions platform.

Students and parents should carefully follow the instructions provided on the portal and ensure that all information submitted is complete and accurate.
Documents and Forms to Download, Complete and Submit
As part of the admission process, students should download, print and complete all applicable admission documents.
- Admission Letter
Download and print the Admission Letter generated through the admissions process.
Keep the original safely and present it when reporting to the school.
- Personal Record Form
Download and complete the Personal Record Form (Form D) with the student’s required personal and family information.
- Medical Examination Form
Download and complete the Medical Form and undergo the required medical examination at one of the designated health facilities.
The current school guidance identifies:

- 37 Military Hospital
Students with special medical conditions should also provide certified medical reports from recognised or accredited medical institutions.

Download and carefully read the Rules and Regulations document and complete it where required.
Students and parents or guardians are expected to understand and comply with the school’s requirements and expectations.
- Other Admission Forms
Students should download and complete all applicable forms provided through the admissions process, including:
- Form A
- Form B
- Form C
- Form D / Personal Record Form
All completed forms should be kept together with the other admission documents for submission and verification.
Documents to Have Ready
Parents and students should prepare the following documents before reporting to school:
- BECE Results Slip
- CSSPS Placement Form, properly endorsed by the JHS Head with the required signatures, stamp and passport photographs
- Birth Certificate
- Valid NHIS Card
- Required passport-size photographs
- Medical report, where applicable
- Printed Admission Letter
- Completed Personal Record Form
- Completed admission forms
- Any other documents specified through the admissions process
The school’s admissions checklist specifically requires the endorsed placement form, BECE results slip, NHIS card, birth certificate and passport photographs.

Parents and students are advised to purchase the required items according to the student’s assigned group.
The items are grouped as follows:

Important Note for Day Students
Group 2 is also assigned to Day Students.
Parents of Day Students should therefore follow the Group 2 requirements when purchasing the applicable prospectus items.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to confirm the student’s assigned group before purchasing items to avoid buying the wrong set of prospectus requirements.
Medical and Health Registration
All newly admitted students are required to undergo the appropriate medical examination as part of the admission process.
Students are also required to complete their health registration online.
For the health registration process, students will require:
- A valid email address
- A passport-size photograph
- A valid NHIS card
Students should ensure that all medical and health-related requirements are completed before reporting.
Before You Report to School
To ensure a smooth admission process, parents and guardians are encouraged to:
- Complete the online admission process through https://entryloom.com/.
- Download and print all applicable admission forms.
- Complete, sign and organise all required forms.
- Prepare the original and photocopies of the required supporting documents.
- Complete the required medical examination.
- Complete the online health registration.
- Obtain and review the appropriate Harmonised Prospectus.
- Prepare the required school uniform and prospectus items.
- Keep all admission documents together in a file for easy presentation and verification.
- Ensure that the student reports on Friday, 18th September 2026 in the required white frock.
Boarding students must report before 5:00 p.m.
