Important Admissions Updates for 2024/2025 at Accra Girls Senior High School

Accra Girls Senior High School is pleased to announce key dates and procedures for the ongoing admissions for the 2024/2025 academic year. We are excited to welcome new students into our vibrant community!

Key Dates:

• Reporting Date: All new students must report latest by 1st November 2024, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Administration Block.
• Orientation: 4th November 2024, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Assembly Hall, AGISS.
• Classes Begin: 7th November 2024, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in assigned classrooms.

Requirements for New Students:

Students are required to bring their NHIS card, BECE results slip, passport-sized photograph, and the CSSPS placement form.

Admission Forms:

Prospective students can download the following forms from our website:

• Admission Letter: Download, print, fill, and submit.
• Rules and Regulations: Download, print, fill, and submit.
• Dress Code: Familiarize yourself with the dress code for new admissions.
• Medical Examination Form: Download, print, fill, and submit.

The Admission Process:

1. Access School Website: Visit www.accragirlsshs.com and click on the “2024/2025 Admissions” button.
2. Download Forms and Print: Download and print the necessary forms.
3. Update Personal Records: Complete and sign all forms as required.
4. Obtain Prospectus: Get the prospectus from the CSSPS website for necessary items.
5. Attach Documents: Include BECE results and the CSSPS placement form with your admission documents.
6. Submit to School: Submit all completed forms along with a copy of your results slip to the school.

Important Notes:

• Admissions are completely free of charge.
• Please ensure all procedures are followed and report to the school latest by 1st November 2024.
