(GUNSA) was established in 1983 for Schools.
Accra Girls Gunsa over the years has kept the bar high as one of the well-known societies in the school where meetings are held. Accra Girls GUNSA has collaborated with many GUNSA schools such as ST Peters, Adisadel College, Wesley Girls, Aburi Girls and others.
The graduating batch of 2022 as their end of year project has built two lover benches at the 18-unit block opposite the school canteen. Also, we have embarked on donation drive to orphanages to help the poor and needy. The graduating batch of 2023 also embarked on “feed the streets “at the Accra Mall.
The current executives went for a competition at Ghana Broadcast operation for a “What Do You Know” quiz and emerged 2nd place among four schools. Also, Ghana International Model Conference (GIMUN) a conference held for three days where students debate on world pending topics concerning the United Nation and Concerning Sustainable Development Goals. We also attended the Aburi Girls GUNSA Fest on the theme: What the Future Awaits for GUNSA, where we learnt that GUNSA students must leverage on the SDG -17 for building a better world through support and engagement of stakeholders.
To conclude GUNSA helps to build the confidence of students through Edutainment and I quote “to live is to choose but to choose is to know who you are and where you want to go”
